At Vivitar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
